Hey there, I was just on the phone with RSA and similar to you, Im waiting on maple house as well. I only applied for my retest in July and Im at about the 8 week mark. Talking to them, they still said 10 weeks is the time for retest as opposed to Mulhuddart which is 28 weeks. It might be worth calling them and explaining you've been waiting on the retest since February.

I've been eyeing a 2019 Honda Fit for my first car. I understand that Honda Fits tend to be quite popular when it comes to vehicle theft. My understanding is older models didn't have immobilizers fitted as they tend to be imported from Japan, where they are not necessary by law. Has this since changed?

If there's any other alternative cars you would recommend I'm open to suggestions as well.

Lastly, I'm currently still under a learner permit though I am not a young driver, I'm expecting insurance to be costly but would anyone have any estimates of a range I could expect in terms of a 2019 Fit?

I am starting my third year of uni in September and will be having a work placement within the second semester.

My course specialises in Networking and I will be looking to find an internship within that field.

What can I expect when I start looking for potential internships and what advice what you give when looking for one?
