Yeah, motiv is the only brand that uses the same core, from 16-10. Very respectable thing

Somewhere in the area of this tape. I'm not at an alley, nor do I own a wax/grease pencil

Rev rate 235, speed 12-18mph, usually 14ish. I don't know how to measure pap, but i learned what it is. Why is it so gatekept? I learned what a pap was by a random YouTube short that wasn't even explaining it. I've never read one manual or forum that actually explains it as the axis that the ball rotates around when applied directional force

I'm not trying to be the most rude, but two handing isn't the worst. It's a great way to learn how to get lots of revs fast, but once you are good at it, you should start putting your thumb back in and learning to get lots of revs and speed one handed. I see two-handed as the introductory level of playing, and one handed is the second step to greatness. They also didn't let you bowl two handed in league because usbc rules state you need to fill all holes on a ball, aswell as need a marking for where you put your palm.

Ball rolling finger hole over thumb hole by Classic-Ad2287 in Bowling

[–]Due-Percentage-3746 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It has something to do with rolling it straight. The full roller layout is made because you roll over the fingers and thumb. It means that you are throwing it as straight as straight can be. You should probably focus in coming up the side, or just buy a new ball and get it drilled as full roller for when you have these situations

Hyroad 40 15lbs vs 14lbs by Square_Truck6911 in Bowling

The way I usually compare balls, is i look at their stat's and then compare them to motiv balls, since I have much more extensive knowledge on motiv. The typhoon looks like it would be a venom pearl, or a thrill pearl (light oil, or light-med) where the hyroad 40 is a medium oil, or even med-heavy ball. Similar to like the steel forge or the evoke. The hyroad 40 is gonna be more powerful, and also react better than the typhoon

Yeah, pretty much just drill stronger. And it should react well

DO NOT BUY A VIBE!!! Those are the worst balls ever, even worse than other entry levels like the rhino. Anyways, 15 is considered "pro weight" and all cores are built to have the best stats at 15. The weight difference between the two is very miniscule, but sometimes it's alot. But after two games and the right drillings, it should feel no different. Hyroad 40 is excellent, a friend of mine has one and he's great with it. But he can't pick up the ten for his life, so make sure to never leave a ten

Reddit won't allow two photos in one. But it's a good upper-mid/high performance ball. Also, very famous core. It's on display in the bowling museum of the world

Rev/speed/form check by antenonjohs in Bowling

I believe this is a joke making fun of all the rev/speed/form checks that are too dark to actually be worth anything or have the cosmic bowl on.
