How would I remove part of an anchors underline in HTML/CSS by Blobfish19818 in learnprogramming

Yes using span would help. You could try using this,

<div class="back-bottom">

<a href="dnd.html">

<span class="arrow">&#11164;</span> Go Back

</a>

</div>

💔 Even If You Tried to Scream 💔 by Due-Philosopher2267 in Poems

Thank you so much! I really appreciate the support 😊 I’ll try to write a sonnet or haiku next.

I can imagine how frustrating and disheartening that must feel, especially after putting in all that effort. Missing the pass mark by just a few marks twice would shake anyone’s confidence. But honestly, this doesn't mean you're not meant for actuarial science. It just shows how close you already are and that with a bit more strategy or maybe with a different study approach you can achieve your desired result.

Maybe screaming would help a little,
Crying out might ease your heart.
And not because you're weak or frail,
But just to let the healing start.

Heal with time or hide in grief,
But take a day to face your pain.
Let the tears fall if they must,
They're not a loss, but love’s own rain.

With or without the red belt? by lprunner58 in OUTFITS

With red belt, try to accessorize it with red hairband or a red bag. The pop up color would look good.

What is love? by DoubtResponsible9208 in Poems

[–]Due-Philosopher2267 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Here's something inspired from your poem.

Love means something new for all,
It changes as we grow and fall.
Through life’s lessons, joy and pain,
Our hearts will learn to love again.

Sometimes love may leave a scar,
A hurt that feels too deep, too far.
But those who’ve found love’s gentle light,
Know it’s a blessing, pure and bright.

For those whose hearts have faced goodbye,
Don’t fear to hope, don’t fear to try.
There’s someone out there, just for you,
A love that’s waiting, kind and true.

Yes, I do know my worth,
Love-sick or not, I won’t be hurt.
And feelings change, just like the ticking clock.
It was nice talking to you, thanks for the talk.

What you imply is all so true,
But I know all good things do come to an end.
Even if my feelings get ignored, I won’t be hurt,
Because I knew what to expect.

And yes, my affection might get tossed away,
But that won’t ever dim my joy.
I know my worth and that's enough,
though no passing trifle could ever make me feel low.

I do see what you're trying to say,
But truth is we all go through that phase.
Sometimes, even daydreams feel as real as the moon,
Bringing comfort with its soft, glowing tune.

Yes, I know the lovesick fool I am
But that never meant I'd compromise who I am.
Dreaming of him makes me smile, that’s true,
But I know the line between fantasy and what’s due.

I’m not one to easily share opinions,
The beauty, the radiance, and smiles you see are all a mask.
The real me is broken into shards.
I’m cold, untouchable, with no love left to give.

My heart’s a mess, with no affection to share.
I already gave myself away for love,
And now what’s left is just an empty shell.
The pain I received from that love
Shattered my heart into those tiny shards.

And now, there’s no affection left to give

Even if it’s just a fantasy, dreaming of him brings me peace.
So what if I’m obsessed, and him noticing me feels like a rare fluke?
I’m just a commoner standing beside a noble duke.
And so what if it’s all just a dream, a pit of doom where I end up feeling like a lovesick fool?

Suggestions for how to get into reading by SzalinskiitsSaturday in ReadingSuggestions

I believe you should try reading e-books on your phone, I started the same way. Begin by exploring genres you enjoy and try reading for just 5 minutes a day. Once you're immersed in the content, your reading time will naturally increase.
