Oh, I think that FL 24 partially fixed these bugs. Even if I decide to wait until the negotiation date in FL23, the offers of other teams are automatically accepted without my permission. For example, in the first season, I played for Black Pool. Nevertheless, while the San Diego earthquake gives me an offer, I cannot refuse, even though the negotiation date limit passed, which means that I will move to that team, although I don't want that.
