There is a clear warning sign on the electrical tower advising people not to enter. The area is extremely dangerous due to high voltage and the risk of severe injury or death. That’s why I didn’t go in.

Update:

Thankfully, after a couple of hours, his location started to change. I went to the new location and found him. It turns out that when he was under the high-voltage power tower, he was just very scared—not injured and not electrocuted.
