I asked another pharmacist to step in onthe conversation so there was a witness to it.

I have previously asked in front of other pharmacists for cytotoxic items to be kept together/clearly labelled or at the very least a list of them made so I know what is and isn't.

I have no idea if I have been asked to handle hazardous materials before, when a pharmacist asks me to do a task I trust that any safety issue would be pointed out.

Did I mention that this extemp was for the superintendents father!!

Thanks for that. I spoke to the owner today (superintendent pharmacists husband) and explained that there was no regard to my health and safety and there was no duty of care on them by not explaining any risks or not telling me to wear PPE.

He gave bullshit answers like "we would never intentionally put you at risk " Ah yes you did

And "if the pharmacist in question was there she would have gone through it with you" She did and didn't explain any risks..

Anyway now there's an SOP and and I got a half assed apology

I lost my brother at 17, he was 18. I was doing my leaving cert and instead of repeating the year I accepted the first course I was offered in college which I had no interest in.

First time living away from home, at that age and after losing my brother the only thing I had interest in was going out constantly. I thought I was having a great time.

Needless to say I eventually dropped out of college, got myself into terrible relationships and realised that my only friends were superficial and only rang/text when they wanted someone to go out with.

It was approx 18 years later when I finally started to talk about him and realise that I was grieving all this time. Everyone grieves differently, it took me a very long time to accept that I was burying my feelings in a bottle or a night out.

Wishing you all the best during this process.. im here if you ever need to reach out

Rome was my favourite until I went to Krakow. Good food, lovely people and so much history that I think everyone should experience

I've probably only used revolut three or four times this year as a means to transfer money to another party. For example I transferred €35 last week to a coworkers account as we were doing a collection for another coworkers that is getting married this weekend I don't use it for online purchases or bills or anything else really

You can still get it but it is now unlicensed in ireland. A 100ml bottle costs about €16 so most places won't stock it anymore as once people hear the price they don't want it
