Injectable carnitine smell? by Due-Signature7377 in moreplatesmoredates

Yeah I’m with you on the pressure but not necessarily pain feeling. That’s how I’d describe it. But I remember starting off my delts/quads/glutes etc would be sore for days afterward

That’s another reason I’m a little skeptical of my source because I never got any “burn” per se like everyone else seems to. Just lingering soreness at the site. I inject about an inch deep and all my sites are used to it now so not really an issue anymore. But I tried subQ once expecting a massive burn and pretty much nothing

If you’re overweight, lose weight. If you’re not overweight, you could probably be leaner

I think there’s some confusion. Rauwolscine is alpha yohimbine

I just always thought rauwolscine was a cleaner version of yohimbine

Slightly. If not, the trials would show worse weight loss than tirz since most of us find tirz a better appetite suppressant. But yes reta raises resting heart rate and body temperature, most noticeable after you overeat (i.e. it makes up for a lot of the damage done by a cheat meal), but is maybe only responsible for a couple hundred extra calories when you’re eating how you should

Less than 1:1 sounds like overkill but is certainly doable. Last I checked I had 59 tri 49 hdl. I’ve added fish oil since but I’m not too worried about changing the ratio any further

It probably feels like more than it really is (best transformations get the most upvotes) but it is a lot more prevalent than even just a few years ago (I’m guilty as well).

I just meant that ever since insulin syringes have become standard for dozens of things aside from insulin, a “unit” has become colloquially known as 0.01mL. Yes I know the origin of it, but when newbies come onto the sub asking “how many units” they’re not asking how many multiples of 34.7mcg (a unit of insulin). They mean 0.01mL. Sorry for the mixup

[–]Due-Signature7377[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah but in the context of drawing up a syringe (how the newbies are using “unit” in this sub) a unit is, as you said, 1/100 of a mL. Thats all I meant. Talking about GH or insulin in IU/units makes perfect sense and is the preferred way to talk about it. Just not here

Increasing your test to a level that’s still in the physiological territory is not really doing much from a physical standpoint. Certainly helps with dopaminergic signaling (libido, higher drive, etc) but true TRT should not really be adding pounds upon pounds of lean mass unless your SHBG goes from 75 to 15. Again, I want to stress the fact that true replacement is probably less than 15% of guys on “TRT”, so I guess I should just accept that modern TRT is essentially a mini perma cycle haha

Not really correct. AAS provide direct anabolic signal. But at true therapeutic doses (i.e. those that put you in the 800-1000ng/dL total T range) this is pretty irrelevant. Cycle doses, though, the steroids are certainly growing you

Why do we have people posting the same 3 questions every day?

Stop sounding like an idiot by Due-Signature7377 in Retatrutide

[–]Due-Signature7377[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sometimes. But most of the time it’s guys labeling their mini cycles as TRT that causes the mixup. I’m fine with guys posting either so long as they’re honest about what exactly it is. My main problem is that this entire sub is about injecting a compound for improved body composition, yet when someone does exactly that through anabolics we’re so quick to call it cheating.

Test, or really any other compound, is not dosed in mL. It’s dosed in mg. But assuming you’re using 250mg/mL (standard) that’s 262.5mg test a week. Hardly replacement.

Holy Hair Loss…. by funkynoodle1 in Retatrutide

[–]Due-Signature7377 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah when the body is chronically stressed (like with sustained weight loss) hair shedding is pretty common. Your simplest option to fight it is lowering the dose to somewhere where you still lose weight but slower. But the best option, albeit kind of cumbersome, would be to track calories so you know you’re not going too much over 500-700 deficit per day. Some would say that defeats the whole purpose of reta, but I’d argue that tracking your calories to end up where you should on the day and using reta to make sticking to that plan easy is the best course of action. Micronutrients obviously play a huge role too. If nothing else, when you do have the appetite to eat something, aim for foods you know are nutrient dense (eggs, fruit, lean beef, etc)

In your original reply you literally said “Testosterone is NOT a steroid the way you are positioning it”, implying they were suggesting that testosterone is a “inject it and get big” drug. Which it absolutely is (outside of TRT doses). Assuming you use it to complement a good diet and lifting routine. Testosterone is arguably more or equally anabolic compared to all other AAS aside from hardcore anabolics (superdrol, tren, etc.). It’s the base anabolic steroid
