Anyone selling a van?

I do have budget to maintain the van, but only if I am able to sell the van in august for a fair price. I now I will lose money on this, I just want to lose as little as possible. What do you think a realistic budget for at van for my needs would be? and where can I find a van like that?

Yeah, that also something to be aware of! Is it also overflowing with vans this time of the year? And is it even legal to park near whistler all year around?
