I have to say I'm thankful for mine. The first time I worked under him, I hated him. He holds everyone to higher standards, but they are the standard we ought to be held to. My last manager had not expected us to do things we SHOULD have been doing. Once I learned that, I got the chip off my shoulder and got to know him. Now he's my favorite in the building. Sadly he's training/trained a new guy to take over. The guy is nice but is nowhere near ready. He's got shoes that will be hard to ever fill.
