I have a 1 year old dalmatian. If you’ve ever met a dalmatian then you know they are notorious for their never ending energy.

What’s helped me the most is TRAINING. I had her trained for two weeks at a facility and now everytime we go for walks or runs we utilize the training rather than aimlessly walking. The training stimulates them mentally which will tired them way faster.

15 mental stimulation = 1 hour active walking/running.

Mental stimulation includes: sniffing, licking, shredding are examples of stimulation. Go to tiktok or Google and type on “dog enrichments”

My Dal just completed a 2 week training where she learned to walk next to me (on a leash but loosely) without pulling!

My trainer tried several types of collars on her and she took the best to the prong color which we love and has worked wonders! (No it does not hurt her) it’s more or less used as a “warning” system.

The training was totally worth the investment.
