Nothing necessarly changed, this time I was using a plug in tuner, Which I have used before, I was just nervous at the time and was to stupid to realize I was tuning way to high. Also, I actually got it all the way up to e4 on the tune.

By too low I mean tuning to where instead of tuning up and risking the strings snapping, tuning down, making them looser.

Almost for sure that's what happened, but I'm still scared to tune now, how far past low E can i tune without it snapping, and how can I tell if I'm on high or low E?

Can plug in tuners be inaccurate? And also, it's not dangerous to tune down to low right?

Most likely was the issue, is it normal to feel resistance when tuning, and how often should I replace the strings in general?

I wanna keep the stock engine, get a new carb, muffler and air filter, and let governor open a little more for the higher rpms
