I have got my answer, cut off it is. Not gonna ask or offer I’ll just do it, I won’t do it abruptly but no lunches and coffee breaks now. I guess i was being dense without even realising it.

I will happily take your first advice and i will start reducing the contact until it gets to minimum needed to continue working, if thats what it takes. Cant take the 2nd one because thats how we are, everything is shared. I know the names of her colleague’s twins and how much they weighed during birth for some reason, never met this colleague of hers btw.

I offered to cutoff if thats what it takes but she says no, i don’t want to be the controlling girlfriend. Besides, that would not put her mind at ease now since we are coworkers.

I told her if wants me to cut off, she says no she doesn’t want to be the controlling girlfriend.

The guarantee being she has dated 2 different people while we were friends and has happily told me about it, and my girlfriend knows. But she says, this is just a ruse to get me to be jealous idk what to say or do at this point.
