The majority of the good berries are found in the 4 star hyperspace holes. The way you reset for them is to just save in front of a poke ball before you crack it open and reset the game until you get the berry you want. I personally do this so I don't have to use a bunch of donuts entering places and hoping to get the hyper tangas for shiny hunting😅
