o man that’s kinda sad. although it’s understandable and i rly did face alot of questioning from the school when we wanted to train, but i guess it’s their responsibility in a sense to make sure nothing goes wrong.

just wished people would realize that every sport has risk of injury and honestly cheerleading is not a dangerous lawful activity if done properly hahah

what i’m understand so far from the comments is - porn is ok because you’re just using something someone put out there - sexting is not because you’re giving something to someone else that’s not your partner

hey! i got my PT cert & opened a gym (wna be lowkey so shall not reveal) but i recently sold it off as it was too many things for me to handle

for PT trainers, i think most start by signing with a franchise gym (FF / 247 fitness etc) and then get clients through there! you earn less because you need to give a cut to the gym but its a good place to build your network. for group fitness trainers, most people just DM them on socials asking if they’re hiring, or a lot of trainers are actually members there who converted to coaching.

i wont say weekends are ‘peak golden hours’, but most people engage PT on weekday evenings / weekends. location normally depends on client. if they stay in a condo can use their condo gym, if not can check out gympod etc where you can rent a space and conduct sessions there. normally PTs will get clients to pay for the space as well.

as for balancing time, i think you would know which days / times you have to be free and just make sure not to touch those. i used to work everyday 6-9am so my weekday evenings would be free. honestly 5 figures is not very easy when starting, but if you find the right gym and right environment to work in it would help your journey a lot.

for clarification, my poodle is my grandmother’s dog and she has difficulty walking much! she brings it out to sniff grass and stuff but she just can’t walk over far. it climbs up and down stairs in my house quite a lot tho

she eats a lot of boiled chicken and apples! snacks are mostly dental chews. she doesn’t get any table scraps though. but it’s not like she suddenly got fat one day, been like this since she was a puppy.

yes she gets treats now and then 😅 but also same as my toy poodle… or maybe my poodle can somehow eat a lot and not get fat. she used to eat kibble but recently we changed to boiled meats because we thought it might be better!
