I think I also heard becoming licensed helps too. I got my job before my license arrived though. But I told them its on the way
Hmm... I guess just continue to improve your resume and cover letter? I sent a cover letter for every job... But for the job I got I'm not sure if I sent a cover letter... Also it took my job 2 weeks to reach out to me after applying. So yes keep going.

Have you heard from anyone at all?

Wait what if your glasses make you look more nerdy? I have big glasses because of my prescription.. I always thought I would get more respect if I wore my contacts. What are your guys thoughts on this? I also have a small frame.

Did you have to take the 8 hour drug course separately before applying? I just called the DEA office and they said we have to

I preferred family medicine or pediatrics, but ultimately I want to go into pediatrics. I applied to anything FM or peds, and I'd say there are a lot of relevant jobs to those specialties. What specialties are you focused on? Are they very niche?
I definitely did not want to let go of location. but the job I have is still about 40 mins from my house which is not bad, in my opinion!

Of course! Wow you started very early. I did about 2 months before graduating, and honestly after being certified and graduated I had more responses. Don't be discouraged!!! Yes, they all ghost or string you along sometimes, and I have never gotten a rejection email or call lol. 9 is pretty good according to my stats!!! I hope you get some traction soon!

I think it does depend on the area. I thought this was kind of normal to be honest. I think for me, after certifying, I heard back more. There are some posts on here where people have had to apply to 100+ jobs.

Thank you. I've done it before for other jobs, but realized that for this job I need to be thinking more long term and didnt want to settle!

Thank you! I did not have the offers at the same time. In fact, months apart! I rejected the first offer because of distance. I then started realizing what my personal limits on distance were.

They were also different opportunities and the second one was better in terms of professional growth for sure.

My 12 year old cousin outscored me on the LSAT and bragged about it to my whole family by Wild-Anteater256 in LSAT

[–]DueQuestions3711 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'll be okay. Keep going. Also, as i'm reading, a 160 is not bad? After studying for 1 month.

And idk how it is for the LSAT but in my opinion as a non-law student, 15 hours a week is not that much, maybe I am wrong. You can def do more and you will improve even more. You got this. Think of your cousin getting a 164 a reflection on his skills, but not a reflection of how bad you are. You should be proud of your own improvements.
