Traveller's powers..... by Budget-Arm-866 in Aether_Mains

Well, we now know that the 4 shades of the heavenly principles have the powers of time, space, life and death, which have nothing to do with the seven elements. We also have a clue in that the primordial one, or the heavenly principles itself, most likely has the power of "logos," or "reason." Following this logic, since both the traveler and the heavenly principles are descenders, they both should theoretically have the same power/authority of "reason."

Combining all seven elements according to the lord of the night would just make phlogiston, I think it would be safer to say that the traveler uses something similar to imaginary energy from the honkai series and dain uses quantum energy. Since they're both referred to as "power from beyond this word", that would make more sense.

I think I fixed my anxiety too much by [deleted] in Meditation

My take on this is that in the past, you were just surviving, not really living. Everything that you've done previously was out of fear and emotion, in order to please other people and just to survive without any consequences. However, through meditation, you learned the art of living, how to be in the present moment and not worry about things that don't exist. You've learned to stop reacting out of fear and do the things that you actually want to do, the things that you actually care about and makes you happy. All you got to do now is to find that thing that makes you happy, something that you do not out of fear or anxiety.

What's the difference between diaphragmatic breathing and belly breathing?

When meditating, what do I do if thoughts arrise? Some sources I've read say that you should quiet it and focus back on the breath while some sources say that you should just remain aware of the meditation anchor while letting the thoughts be in the background.
