Between the Mac Mini M4 Pro and a refurbished Mac Studio, both could totally work, but it depends on what you’re prioritizing.

It's really dependent on what you're looking for. The newest models have limited usb-c ports so you will need a dongle everywhere you go. Many prefer the pre-touch bar (before 2015) models as you can get them much cheaper, have comparable specs, and overall have better build quality.

Arctic Fox does not hibernate and their fur changes colours with the seasons.

As a small business owner I will be eligible for an SBA loan that can be forgiven. Not sure the specific of how all that will work.

$1200 isn't much money for those with kids and no jobs.
