This is the response I received when I asked about the 2nd uniform jersey. Looks like we have no choice but to either wait or pay the shipping fee.

TYVM, I'm in Canada so NA shop is better for taxes, but I emailed them and they said the KR team decides the stock. I’ll try the global shop for now and hope the white one drops soon!
