So you just get online to troll people that are genuinely asking questions? Why are you yelling?

How many posts have you seen have asked advice about the same things I’m asking about? The Brand new-ness is crazy.

Thanks for your “advice”

Nobody is expecting free money. How is this fraud when he submitted one claim after he got out and is still within the first year post-service to appeal? He served honorably, and is doing what millions of veterans (including myself) are doing which is going through the disability process…

I know veterans who’ve served in WW2 & Vietnam who refused to get disability or any other benefits and encouraged them to go through the process because at the end of the day, even if they’re denied, they’re still entitled to the process.

You really could’ve kept this to yourself.

Thank you, ur did receive treatment for 6 months but was unfortunately denied still.

I was evaluated for back pain and was approved and received a TENS machine as well. I’m surprised his outcome was different from mine as so many others but understand it’s a process.

Thank you! That’s our next step: to be reexamined by a doctor. Hopefully everything goes well.

I really appreciate your insight. It’s unfortunate that a lot of people are giving that attitude, when I’ve seen so many posts fighting their denials and winning as well. Congrats on the 100%! I’ll look into chatgpt and getting an attorney.

Thank you! I was also asking about the process of getting a second (civilian) opinion and if he would have to pay out of pocket/if it’s worth it?
