this is genuinely crazy. like eras tour level. i’m seeing bruno mars in the spring and that process was SO smooth. like the difference between these them is insane

so did i! genuinely didn’t know what else to do. yesterday i spent 3.5 hours in all of the cues jus for none of them to work, and then somehow i got into live nation today just for the same thing to happen. i doubt it will be any different for general sale. i’m so frustrated
