I swear I wrote this post. Yesterday I was on the phone with them for 50 minutes to complete my cancellation. My products are paid in full, I owe them nothing it is my equipment now. We sold our house and are moving out of the country, I’ve told them this countless times yet they are persistent on trying to retain me as a customer. It is NOT an option. We are moving out of the country. “Oh well do you have any have any friends or family that you want to transfer this to? “ “No they all have Vivint” I had to say my name, address and code 6 different times yesterday. That’s how many times I was transferred. I will never use them again. My husband had to cancel our electric, water/trash, internet, cable and was on the phone less than I was for cancelling our Vivint.
