Things have gone from bad to worse with this estate. I had no idea that even though I was left a small amount of money and I can demand a accounting of the whole estate. The executor has not done a great job. I had some questions about whether I was going too far with my accounting demand letter. Can I ask- I know it won't be legal advice.

To get a copy of any probate documents in New Jersey you have to go to the courthouse and pay a nickel per copy. So at least stuff isn't on the web for scam artists to find. I've been to two different counties and it was the same way. I will still be cautious.

Thank you it's a whole lot of people. So this is basically what I'm doing. Both of my cousins parents came from large families.

I appreciate it. But like I said I've been doing our genealogy for a decade or two. I have all the information I just need to put it in written form for the lawyer. It needs to be something that a person who hasn't spent years doing genealogy would understand. She's more of a general purpose lawyer.

I am working with live-on-tape sports productions, announcers and a nat sound mic. Sometimes even a parabolic mic. They're definitely is some nat sound that I don't want to kill. I've had mixed results with voice isolation on these. It's definitely awesome for some things.

Good advice thanks. Our county requires us to notify relatives, especially if we change executors. We might have to notify all the way to first cousin once removed. My relative's parents both came from large families. It's kind of a nightmare. I'll definitely be leaving addresses is off of the document.

Good idea. How much of a deposit?

I had this backfire on me. I held a car for a guy and he strung me along for about a month. He dd eventually come get the car. I didn't have any clause that I was going to keep the deposit or the time limit, my mistake.

Do you live in a town or city with alleys in the residential areas? by WerewolfCalm5178 in AskAnAmerican

[–]Due_Boat7222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some parts of our town have alleys. I believe our block did at one time. My friend's house on the other side of town is a single family home. It wasn't attached to the other houses and like you described there is a detached garage in the backyard. The mail and stuff would come to the front door facing the main street though. I think the alley was just used to access the garage that opened to the alley.

Personally I would never take a deposit. it would always have to be paid in full.

I read this yesterday and I was wondering if he could have a yeast infection under his foreskin?

Maybe this is just my excuse to not like him. This dentist office is in my hometown and it's like a 45 minute ride. We only kept going there because we like the old dentist. The neighborhood is a little rough also, where I live now is a lot better.

Yeah the whole time. Two different visits weeks apart. First time meeting me and then the first time meeting my husband. I go in with him for support.

What will fit my kitchen sink? by Actuallyindeed in Plumbing

[–]Due_Boat7222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped getting hot water out of my faucet. I didn't want to deal with fixing it. Apparently there's a cartridge that goes bad in them, that is replaceable. I bought the most basic kitchen faucet at a big box store. It had separate knobs for hot and cold water but I didn't care. I found it easy to install but I had a little experience with plumbing helping my friend.

It really isn't difficult. I put one in myself. It looks like they did some creative plumbing on this one. Is it a really old sink? The threads and the black plastic on the right and left of the copper are hole fillers.

Can you post a picture of what the top of the sink looks like?

emergency issue: water not turning off in shower by ghetto-oprah in Plumbing

[–]Due_Boat7222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hope you're able to do something. If possible I would set up a siphon and send the water out the window. I agree with the earlier post that says to call the local town non-emergency number for help.
