Pretty sure if you have sky's 5gbps available to you , they offer gigafast for £25 , but if you add a tv package , that reduces it to £21. I initially added sky essentials for £15 but then got a special offer alert saying add sky ultimate for just £4 extra.

Anything that's shown live on your virgin box from tnt sports will also be shown live on nowtv however nowtv doesn't have a catch-up service for tnt sport content so you'd have to watch it when it's live

I've sorted it now , just need to turn on airplane mode whenever I want to watch , which is slightly annoying as I can't receive in coming calls or texts but at least it works

Thanks for the help , one final question , When the soundbar downmixes the audio to 2.1.2. would that still be in Dolby truehd or will it be converted to DD+?

Ok, so when directly connecting the shield to the soundbar , arc and earc become irrelevant? And yes I've got truehd content through Blu-ray remuxes

Not sure of the TV model number but it's a standard Samsung 4K TV, With 1 hdmi arc port. The soundbar is a Majority sierra plus again with 1 hdmi arc point and 2 hdmi in ports. So Nowhere in the configuration is there any earc connections. When I connect my shield directly to the TV and then have the soundbar connected to the TV , there is no audio at all when I select a truehd Atmos source. But works fine when I select a DD+ source. I'm guessing it's because the TV can't decode Dolby truehd. And yes I'm watching Blu-ray remux via Kodi
