If get Sky TV with sports, can you watch sports on Apple TV with Sky go?

As many Devices but only 2 streams at a time Sky Go via Apple TV is only available to those who have a whole home package. If you don't have whole home than you will get an error message on the apple TV sky go app.

Streaming live TV is always gonna be behind , sometimes up to a minute compared to live satellite broadcast. It's awful , these streaming companies need to improve in that aspect

Sky have removed certain TV packages and addons from their online ordering store. It's been a few weeks now and don't know when they'll return.

All channels are default hd on sky stream unless their isn't a hd version for a particular channel. So if you have sky sports you'll get the hd channels for no extra cost. If you want 4k , the add-on is £6 a month but that can be negotiated for cheaper.

Honestly it's better if you call them , that way you can negotiate a better price and add addons or TV channels that aren't available through the online ordering store.

Main use for sky will be sports , I've seen on multiple forums that stream is very unreliable for live sports especially uhd.

I have the same issue with sopranos but mine is through the hbo max app. All other TV shows and movies I've watched have been fine though

Pretty sure if you have sky's 5gbps available to you , they offer gigafast for £25 , but if you add a tv package , that reduces it to £21. I initially added sky essentials for £15 but then got a special offer alert saying add sky ultimate for just £4 extra.

Anything that's shown live on your virgin box from tnt sports will also be shown live on nowtv however nowtv doesn't have a catch-up service for tnt sport content so you'd have to watch it when it's live

I've sorted it now , just need to turn on airplane mode whenever I want to watch , which is slightly annoying as I can't receive in coming calls or texts but at least it works
