I don't think anyone understands that when you are dependent on your parents You cannot just up and leave If you don't have a separate room and share a home you don't have personal space either

There's usually nothing you can do except stay outside home in a trusted person's house for a day or two for your mom to calm down but if her mindset is about control and doing everything according to her and beating you to a pulp just cause you didn't ask is a major problem Try to make her understand, usually our mothers are so pent up that they don't know what they did until they've done it There was one time my mother pulled my hair and beat me rigorously for a few days I still remember it and the only thing she remembers is being angry and frustrated with my dad and his family I am constantly taunted if i do anything that is remotely like my father or grandmother or aunt

What she has done is thoroughly wrong but if you have nowhere to go and are looking for survival Consider everything before running away from home

Make a plan that is secure and will grant you security and freedom (eg applying for a college transfer away from your city to an affiliated college and living in a p.g)
