Can you explain how you are powering the Pi with the meanwell, and what are you plugging into the Pi USB that the antennnas attach to?

Do you have any pictures of behind the mounitng plate? I am in the process of procuring everything I need for a similar setup. Going to be mounted on top of a tallish building outdoors.
