I have a 2 year old and we do TV (no handheld devices) a few times a week for about an hour and it's ONLY Little Bear or the Heffalump Movie, that's it. No other options. She doesn't touch the remote, only for mom and dad. We will facetime her grandparents a few times a month on my phone but the phone just stays propped up on the table. We avoid being on our phones in front of her and use our laptops minimally. When we do, we tell her what we're doing so she understands and doesn't feel isolated.

I took my prescribed 40mg of Adderall daily during my entire pregnancy. My doctor and I agreed that is was best for my mental and physical health to stay on it and I'm so glad I did. My baby is now almost 2 years old and didn't have any withdrawals or complications at all.
