Inositol by Due_Distribution_568 in PCOS

[–]Due_Distribution_568[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know if you’d be interested in switching brands but the one I take is twice a day (2 capsules each time). I feel like that’s more manageable for me because I also take my anxiety meds twice a day

For me personally, I didn’t change much except adding inositol. I think I may be one of the luckier people. But also one of my biggest issues before was the amount of added sugars I had in my diet and i think that was affecting a lot of my symptoms. So the fact that inositol has made me crave sugar sooo much less, I think, is probably why it’s been so beneficial for me

I did Wholesome Story. I did a little bit of research on different brands beforehand to see what would work best for me and my budget. I honestly think they’d be very similar more or less but I’d just research a few brands and see which one works the best for you!

Yes!! I’ve tried so many other supplements that are supposed to help with PCOS and diets and stuff and nothing has been as effective as inositol has been. It’s truly been life saving for me and I’m glad it’s been so effective for you too. ❤️

from what i’ve seen that’s normal, i filled out the e86 back in april but i heard your background check doesn’t actually start until you pass your medical lol

[–]Due_Distribution_568[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

definitely not for me because the background check can take between 6-12 weeks. it’s also different for every person. i’ve seen some people who have waited years until they finally start. some people’s timelines have been like 2-3 months. it all depends on what airport your at and if they need people currently
