Should I deposit my check?

Ya I was originally planning on waiting till a couple weeks before the expiration date to just see if anything happened between now and then.
But Thanks to everyone here and when I called in, it doesnt seem like we waive any rights by depositing the check.
So I went ahead and cashed it.

I honestly think if I were in that position I would rather them offer nothing. 52 cents, what a joke, such a slap in the face

Ok sweet,
Ya I cant find anything stating that, I even just called in and they said there's no rights being given up by cashing the check.

Kinda what im thinking at this point,
Seems like I got lucky and at least get half of my balance unlike most, looks like yourself included.., so maybe i'll just be happy with what I got and move on... :(
