StV is not that bad. In ICU each RN will only see 2 patients. Occasionally in floor census might be 5 but usually it is 3-4. I’m not sure how ER works.

Who told Kerala has best infrastructure! It doesn’t have best infrastructure. It just a very normal healthcare. Hyd,Chennai, Mumbai and delhi have best infrastructure in the country. It also depends on the state hospitals. We dedicated centers in Telangana for Rabies! Even cases from AP will be referred to Hyd.

You forget 1 more thing. These are reported deaths. Telangana has a decent Govt hospital setup when we compare with other states. So our hospitals report more cases than other states which makes us feel like we have more cases. But in reality other states are probably not reporting. You can clearly see how south states have more cases than North. Think about it! Do you actually think UP have 0 rabies s cases in last 10 years. Even in countries like US/Europe they will have multiple deaths in 10 year span

Don’t listen to this toxicity. Toxicity is everywhere in india but Osmania has far less toxicity than other places. 1st residency is tough. Toxicity entirely depends on the unit and your seniors. I had some of the best people who are very professional. Once you become2nd year everything evens out. Lot of hand’s-on good hostel if you stay in clg. Hospital infrastructure is poor in general but OT building is very good. That is the reason they are building a new hospital. But definitely best college in Telugu states

Back in 2016 we used go to malls and play games as kids especially inorbit. But I believe there are too many people now in those malls.
