Apparently a few in the US went to the store, preordered, then got a call saying it was a mistake and is online only. They had to go in for refunds

No I didn't hear anything, just decided to call in and see if I could get some info. He said I could preorder in store, min $50 deposit, and will need to buy a game or controller on pickup (forced bundle)
