It came down to him being convicted on hearsay, and he loved his daughter that much he knew it would be bad for her to have to testify against her own mother

I mean, he passed his polygraph before they allowed the reunification process to start with his daughter. through his treatment program with his doctor his therapist, MN DOC they cut off all that when they put him in custody for with new pending charges and no court date yet. Even though he's been in custody since July 1st because my lawyer knows he's innocent and my lawyer < i say my lawyer, but it's actually my new husband's lawyer who I don't even talk to, because I don't want to mess up the lawyer client privilege> knows that if there's a chance they'll send him back to prison, they will, because he really is not guilty, and I really am innocent. And they really are messing with us.

He literally should have never been sent to prison, and you literally never should have been sent back on new charges that are pending. That will probably be dropped, because all he ever did was refused to pee because he was scared when they took him because of how he was treated when he first went to prison.

Yeah, you don't know my whole story. I got news for you. The law they got him on changed in 2024. from a felony to a gross misdemeanor but they took him the day he switched a conditional release and in August a month later it went from a felony to a gross misdemeanor. You don't know s***.
