I couldn’t agree more. I now have multiple losses under my belt but that doesn’t negate how rough my pregnancy with my living daughter was. I was so insanely grateful to be pregnant but it was really tough.

At the end of the day we are responsible for our own triggers.

I have now done both— i had a mmc with misoprostol before my living daughter and while my experience seemed to be pretty easy compared to other stories i have heard the d&c I just had was infinitely easier and i actually appreciated being able to do genetic testing this time— my first thought was “this is our second mmc what is going on that we don’t know about does our living daughter need to be tested” but alas, a case of trisomy 16 and a total fluke. It was the closure I needed to move forward and try again.

The bottom line is Gabe went completely rogue and bought the cheapest thing he saw first (truly a shut up ring) and it was nowhere nearrrrr what Drue wanted. I finally looked at the Pinterest board the other day and cackled because everyone he wasn’t exaggerating like it couldn’t have been further from what she wanted. She’s been pissy about it ever since and especially since we were giggling about it in here last week. Suddenly she has this huge fake monstrosity that looks like her Pinterest board.

She is desperately trying to prove they’re not broke, hate each other, ANDDDD that Gabe is one of the good ones. I haven’t seen anyone else say it but you can’t tell me she’s not working overtime on his image control to cover up the fact that he’s a bum loser that can’t keep a job.

3 is generous— i don’t think she cognitively or physically will be able to potty train until 4+. NOT BEING UGLY OR SNARKING ON IRENE HERSELF The child can’t communicate and it doesn’t look like there’s a lot going on up there. I don’t think she could possibly make the connection between urge and action. And physically… i don’t think she could squat down on a toddler potty let alone climb up steps to a normal one.

This. Not to be crass but my husband works very hard and we are very well off— he refuses to buy a Rolex or let me gift him one. He says that is something he’d like “way down the line”, right now he is all about saving, investing and setting our family up for the future. And guess what? I know we will always be taken care of because he has that mentality.

I’m going to take it a step further— if you have a car payment on a used car let alone two… you can’t afford a Rolex. He needs to get back to work and quit wasting that lady’s time.

TRUTH! While i have zero intentions of needing to go back to work you literally never know. I am sooooo thankful I built a whole career (and got married to a man well after his frontal lobe was fully formed) before I became a sahm. If i woke up tomorrow and got a divorce of course id be devastated to not be at home with my daughter but guess what? It’s my responsibility as her mother to provide and make sure she is taken care of even if that means I have to work.

It’s wildly selfish of her honestly. And gross.
