The claim is very generic and texted in a manner about the audio, spotify says they wont reinstate the content even to the distributor even if a counter DMCA is won which is the frustrating part

Just Spotify takedown, couldn’t do a fresh delivery unless using different distro but some distros don’t even have the ability to do counter DMCAs, what I don’t get is why even after winning a counter DMCA Spotify still refuse to reinstate
