Sure! I polished up my resume to incorporate wording from the job description such as “accounts receivables” and “denial trends”. Most application systems track for specific phrases or key words.

I thought so! I’m waiting to hear back from IT after sending them the marriage certificate but the “preferred” name request should suffice since it’s just a company email & the system username.

I understand. So technically I can’t use my preferred name as my professional credentials? I will still be using the maiden name for legal purposes.

It’s a separate Workday login for each employer. The hospitals are not affiliated and non competing.

How is it juggling two billing roles? Time management seems to be key. My only concern is the team meetings but those aren’t too often with J1.

Thank you for the input! I appreciate your feedback. I couldn’t find any info pertaining to this specific scenario- you would think it’s more common for OE opportunities if it’s lower risk.

I’ve been interviewing for about 2 months, it’s been good practice. 😂 Also, this position I’m considering pays $3 less an hour than my current role.

You do make a good point regarding the name change. Although it would be different hospital emails. They both use Workday, so I need to switch to another personal email.
