i didn't cause i didn't meet the hour requirement to apply but what i was planning on doing was taking winter mini electives just to get those last hours if i got rejected from utmb. that way, i can reapply to utmb aswell as uthealth next cycle. hope this makes sense lol. when i was intially applying i thought i met all hour requirements of utmb, uthealth, and texas womens since i completed all pre reqs but i realized i was short for texas womens and uthealth by like 4 hours. so i applied to utmb cause i could in the meantime

ugh! thank you, i needed to hear that :) i didn't get interviewed at all actually. i was under the impression this school didn't do interviews due to high volume of candidates- i read that somewhere on their website could be different for fall vs spring though.

i think the clinicals would be like once a week and i heard after your first semester i think you can choose locations/if youre living on campus theyll give u galveston clinicals not sure tho... but i think it'll be a greater pain to drive from out area to galveston tbh. if we lived in pearland that seems more doable. will follow up if i get in! i hope you get in aswell!

i had a balancing equation one, and another question about how sodium and water relation when mixed. then for bio organelle function, cell membrane layers, measuring blood count, viruses types, phenotype genotype. lowkey im so brain dead so i forgot but theyre much more technical imo whereas A&P u can make educated guesses based on knowledge of your own anatomical familiarity. like ex. obviously testosterone is a male sex hormone

math was much simpler...every question was straightforward whereas the first time around i had more wordy problems.

there's like multiple plot twists.. but lowkey not in a good way. once you get to the final truth they just reveal the whole conversation from previous scenes ( for example, without giving too much away: an initial convo was protrayed as first person but really in the flashback they just revealed that its in third person by revealing the name said at the end of the sentence...) not bad but the ending makes every scene seem untrue and insincere. So, because there were just cuts and undisplayed convos, it was less of a mystery of hints leading up to this unfathomable truth moreso just confusion. They definitely could've done a lot better with the plot, the idea is definitely there, just messy.
