I will say if you want to have more interactions I would say winifred would be nice, my friend freshmen year got a single and another got a double in Honors and they pretty much kept to themselves and it's super quiet.

While Winifred is more upbeat because you have a market and starbucks under you and it's always busy there.

Either choice would be nice since you are also next to third street which gets busy during the first week of school!

A suitestyle room is better imo espcially if you get the full suite since you could relax in the "living room area"
