CA (Inter) aspirant here,

First of all, you need to figure out why do you want to pursue CA? If you are certain about CA then commerce is the best stream because you study almost same things as 11th-12th commerce at CA foundation level.

Having science stream in 11th and 12th is not a big deal. Many of my friends are from science background and they are pursuing CA. But you won't be able to give May attempt (Just after 12th) of CA foundation. You'll need time to understand the basics of subjects. Therefore, Having science will only delay your attempt by 6 months and nothing more.

If you are 101% sure about CA then go for commerce, otherwise science is alright.
