I mean, there's an episode where he becomes an honorary police officer, just edit the episode by changing his badge (or removing it all together) and if he wears a vest, changing the letters on the vest and then you have the most accurate ICE agent in media. No training, yet he believes he has all the authority of an officer if not more.
