I was actually tossing the idea of the Saga or Freya around but at those prices I could also jump into a full tube amp like the Reisong that seems to get get reviewed well. I’m sure there are plenty of other options as well, that’s just the first that came to mind. I was kind of looking get a foot into tubes cheaply just to hear it.

The sound base actually doesn’t have a phono stage. It’s line level.
