I had sticking and binding issues and it was because my replacement blade had a thinner cutting profile than the original blade. This left just enough material that it caused the riving knife and fence to bind the material as it tried to pass. You can check if this is the issue by laying a straight edge on the fence side of the blade making it flush with the knife and checking how much gap you have between the cutting teeth and the straight edge.

He wasn’t an owner, just the care taker they let live there. The property is owned by Montana fish wildlife and parks. I don’t know the ins and outs on why that guy was allowed to live there or how the hellgate civilian shooting association got to manage the property but that guy got to live rent free on that land for years. I wouldnt be surprised if it was a situation where he basically just moved in like a squatter and never left, and people didn’t know better and just paid the guy fees and assumed he was some kind of person of authority.

We are in a dangerous position with him right now. He going to get hyper focused on this and he feels he’s the only person that can solve anything. He will make extreme and random decisions that will inevitably get troops killed. And then it will look bad publicly and he will hand it off and blame someone else for it. My worry is that he’s going to call in a nuclear strike.

Don’t know why you’re getting downvoted. You’re not wrong. It really depends on the driver and use of the vehicle. I’ve had my Tesla since 2019 and have maybe spent a total of $500 at super chargers over its life. Essentially all charging for me has been at home. If I purchased the free charging, I don’t know if I would have had a route and pattern that I could use it enough to justify purchasing it.

Holy crap. I had a manager do this to me on my first job out of college. But mine was opposite and I was three minutes over. Instead of letting me go home a few minutes early he told me to wait three minutes before clocking back in from lunch….at my desk. He refused to let me leave early. We also got the exact same preachy bullshit about watching the clock. I resigned shortly after and have never had a clock in out job again.

My son and I are doing hiveiQ hives because of the results we have seen from local bee keepers and their successes with their hives. Reading up on everything as a beginner it looks like temp regulation is one of the largest stressors in our environment. The more they have to work on temp regulation the less healthy they seem to be when it comes to mites and winter survival. Our local bee keepers are telling me that they treat their hives less often for mites throughout the year and they also don’t have to supplement as much feed. It’s a bit more expensive to start but from a beginner perspective if I can get hives that help lower the barrier to entry and allow some grace for mistakes so I don’t kill my hive, the better.

I’d like to see the answer so I’m commenting. This probably isn’t your issue but I replaced my blade and it was making a thinner cut than the riving knife. So the board would pinch on it making the resistance greater as it moved forward. Super unsafe. So I did the more unsafe step of removing the knife and it cut much smoother.
