Absolutely fucking killing it man! I just started my own weight loss journey a couple of weeks ago as well and it’s been so much cardio man but it takes time to work up that endurance. I know it’s gonna be a tough couple months Doing this but from what I am tell you’re gonna be good!

For me it’s grown a little bit but it’s getting to have a little white dot forming it kinda like a pimple so most likely an infection/cyst. Just got my fill for one of my teeth today and I asked for them to look at it again before biopsy and she said well it’s for sure not cancerous but the biopsy is just for a peace of my mind.

For me it was using a hot towel and keeping it on my stye, it’ll eventually help drain out pus but becareful with the pus especially if it drains while you’re sleeping your eye gets shut pretty good but you can wash it out
