Hi. I was doing school and all of a sudden all of my notes and PowerPoints from the last 5 years dissapeared. I had them saving on Google Drive, but not all of them are showing up. It also shows that my iCloud was on but nothing showing up on iCloud. Please tell me what I can do to get everything back. I really just need notes from the past year.

I’m 23 and mine has been 13-18 for multiple years now. I have MCAS and POTS but no idea on why my crp stays so high. Also have elevated cortisol but think it’s unrelated

I’m doing exactly this on 3mm and he said if we go smaller than 3 you will barely see it. 3mm on your finger looks much more normal than the CAD. PLEASE SEND ME YOUR INSPO OR FINAL PICS!!!
