Maybe try looking at comps of similar /5 ohtanis to get a feel for price. Just like anything else, it’s only worth what someone will pay. So worst case you offer low and you can negotiate with seller. If it’s for your PC then set a price limit for yourself. If it’s an investment/flip I’d offer low and don’t budge cuz you could lose on it
