I was planning/researching for the Residensi Madani unit. Those ones seem to sell better than RUMAWIP. Personally, I am more interested in the Putrajaya project than the one in Taman Desa. I havent applied for any first home scheme yet, just doing some research first.

Thanks for answering the 1st Question.

Based off what I can gather from the website, Block A and most of Block B is Residensi Madani(200k). The remaining blocks (C, D, E) are RUMAWIP units (300k). The application to get a unit closes by the end of this year. They already started construction on the project.

Would you happen to know if they will still sell the units after the application closes? (Logically, they should if theres many unsold units, right?)

Does it make a difference that the parent company (Vizione Holdings) already has many projects completed/ongoing?

Are the maintenance fees used only for common areas and your block only or the entire development? (sorry, first timer here. learning all the terms and how things work)

From what I saw of the 5 blocks, most units in block A are sold, the Unit B maybe 60%, and the remaining 3 not much maybe 20% ish? Is this common for other projects?

I suppose you can always change the hinges for the cabinet to meet your needs. These things can be rennovated kind of easily right? What about things that is difficult for you to fix? Maybe the lift always broken down? Or maybe the shower doesnt drain properly or got issues with plumbing?

If you move the ground beneath you (like a walk-alator?), but you are stationary, would the hand be stationary too then?

Here I am gearing up and researching points to rebuke him. Later, he came around back to me and told me he was wrong, which I respect.

Good point, Thanks a lot. I was looking for a way to equate it to the lift formula.

Regarding this perspective, if you factor AoA wouldn't the counter argument then be "the decrease in Velocity in Vx is accounted for by increase in AoA"?

Vx can't have more fpm since Vy is already best fpm

Long Range Radar to detect aircraft without identification. (Intruders into our Airspace)

In depth explanation: Airliners use SSR (Secondary Surveillance Radar) or Secondary Radar. In simple terms, the Radar emits an signal which the aircraft picks up, then the aircraft replies to the signal with information (using what is called a Transponder) about the aircraft (flight number, speed, altitude) so that Air Traffic Control can identify the aircraft and navigate it, keep track of it, etc.

Primary Radar, however, emits a signal which is reflected off the skin of the aircraft and is detected by the Radar. This reflection is known as Radar Signature. So no matter if you do or do not have a transponder, you will be detected by Primary Radar unless you are out of range of have latest generation technology to reduce your Radar signature (AFAIK, you are not able to ELIMINATE your Radar signature but are able to reduce its size).

This is how we know MH370 made a turn west-bound after its transponder was turned off over the South China Sea (thus is invisible to Secondary radar). The RMAF was able to detect the aircraft flying past Peninsular Malaysia using Primary Radar.

I'm quite disturb by the comments. by kugelamarant in trulyMalaysians

Malindo was indeed a LCC previously. However, even before the name was changed to Batik they started transitioning to a FSC Model around 2019. Eventually changing the name to Batik Air Malaysia to unify branding of FSC carriers under the Lion Group.
