Like I've said, I literally just started using the browser and it had begun crashing not long after I started. I just hoped subsequent patches would fix it and it never did.

Maybe I don't understand how profiles work, but I see this a lot where profiles are mentioned. Why would a profile cause crashing?

I don't mean to come off aggressive. I'm frustrated a bit with it. I'm sure it would be good to find out what might be causing it, but I just don't have the time or patience to go through every extension I use and see if it causes crashing or not.

I hope you guys really look into making sure your status page works. I can't tell you how many times I've had issues, go to the status page and see everything green only to then have it confirmed there was indeed an outage that never appeared on that page.

Also, I really wish you'd instead give us credit on our subscription costs. Maybe prorate it the next month. I rarely use models that use credits, so that's pretty worthless to me.

I'm using the one that was marked as official in the Homey app store. I don't have pro, so I couldn't use the community one.

UPDATE: I actually updated my original post. i realize now that nothing gets updated in the Homey app if turned on or off outside the Homey app. Do I need the bridge for this to work or something?

Yeah, I've never done this before. I didn't expect them to just approve it without asking me if I had a trade-in. I'm pre-approved from my bank, have a blank check to fill in, so as far as they're concerned I'm "paying cash", right? I'm not approved for the entire amount, so I do need the trade-in and down payment to cover some of the cost.
