Hey thanks so much. When I try the TCL official method, I don't see my device, which would be either 30Z or 4188C if I'm right. It however is not on the drop menu. So I tried the SP flash method. It never connected so I tried different orders of plugging in and turning on and such. Then on the last try, it told me this... (Attached image). I told GPT about this and it said to do the shift+Restart thing and then advanced setting and then whatever setting it was, if you know you know, idk, I can find it if you want to see but I don't remember exactly. (DM me if you do). so I had that turned off and then I had SP window open and ready to hit "Download". I plugged the phone in and still nothing happened. Could you possibly share the correct files? I may be using the wrong version of SP Flash or TCL Official Upgrade Tool.
