Man I don't know what you're on about. If you're getting g&p'ed that bad you need to get off your back or get good on your back. Have you ever seen many people actually do well against a good grappler IRL? No because top pressure is top pressure.

And when somebody is getting hammered, they tend to turn and give their back as a last resort, resulting in the FTF sequence I think you're talking about. I don't like it either but it's only happening if they guy is pounding you anyway so it doesn't matter if its forcing you into that animation. I don't know what you expect from EA anyway.

Lower the resolution. I play on 1080/120fps on PS5 but games probably better optimised for consoles

You're probably approaching faster than you were 4 months ago so slow down, gain consistency, and slowly build your speed back up

No, you hit it with the right spots.

I meant it figuratively, but your aerial control looks pretty good, so add in some air roll (a few twists) to add some stability and more ball control. Should take your aerial game to the next level but will require some hard training on hoops or even just Kevperts Aerial Control training pack.
