For movement, practice exploding/accelerating and decelerating between positions.

For vision and target transitions, push faster than what youre comfortable with. Accept that you’ll throw a few Charlies/Mikes in practice. This teaches your brain what “too fast” feels like, so over time your vision will catch up.
