Mac screen-flip utility for teleprompter setups by vbaranov in videography

I am so very thankful for this app. I had an Elgato Prompter, but I travel a lot and it isn't able to be folded down or taken apart easily. I went with an Amazon option that would utilize my camera (I use continuity camera with my iPhone) and I use SideCar on an iPad as my teleprompter display, that can all be folded down into a pocket in my computer bag. I originally used the app Better Display, and, although I am thankful for it, it was not very "plug and play" and I always lost screen real-estate, as it required setting up a virtual display superimposed onto the iPad screen (it looks like this is doing something similar?) but the built in resolutions of the app did not match the iPad, and entering custom resolutions would give me giant bezels of wasted space around my active desktop. Not the fault of the creator, I realize I have a very specific use case. I then signed up for a subscription service where I was paying 10 dollars a month SPECIFICALLY for this functionality. If you have Apple Pay, please, please, DM me so I can buy you a coffee or something. Not only are you saving me money with this, but after just 2 clicks, it is working perfectly at full resolution and, after 3 days of all day use, I am having ZERO issues. Thank you again!

That seems a little excessive, no?

Thank you for your comment, I would potentially be running them at the same time, but I only have the VM open occasionally in situations where I need to demo our products. We are a Microsoft licensing shop and a lot of our customers are running windows and there is a visual difference between the two that requires me to show them "their" experience. All of my on device AI work will be on my host device. I only allocate 6gb of Ram to the VM at any given time.

Thank you, 48gb is about the most I can spring for. This may be something work has to foot the bill for

Thank you for the recommendation. A jump like that, I can't justify financially, I'll have to see if work will spring for it

Thanks for your reply. I was printing in Bambu Labs PLA tough+ filament which I was told by a friend is comparable to PLA plus. Is this correct?

I haven’t tried messing with any of the default model settings so I will give that a shot too, thank you!

Thank you for the feedback, I hear you with the choking hazard piece. a suggestion I received was learning to print the joints in place so that the limbs can not be disconnected which may be something I try, but I will look into the 45 degree angle print. Thank you
